Technical Processing

Fabrication process of steel structure is starting from preparation of welding, including steel structure technical checkup; design of technical code and specifications; technical assessing; technical and quality guarantee files organizing; Raw and accessorial materials ordering, welding and other machines ordering or designing. Then the process starts formally after materials enter factory, including materials double-checking, fabrication, assembling- welding, heat treatment after welding, quality inspection, check-and-accepting, along with reworking, shot blasting and painting. In the end, the eligible products will be accepted.
